By downloading or using Exact: Daily Number Puzzle, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of Exact

Exact is a puzzle game for iPhone and iPad. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

Your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

2. Game progress and availability

Progress, statistics, streaks and unfinished games are stored on your device. You are responsible for maintaining any device backups you want to keep. We cannot restore local progress after it is reset, deleted or lost.

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of Exact when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every feature or saved item will remain available indefinitely.

3. Board codes and shared results

Board codes reproduce game boards and contain no account or personal information. Result cards are generated on your device. You are responsible for where and how you share them.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• use Exact for unlawful purposes;
• interfere with the app’s operation or security;
• copy, modify, redistribute, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except where applicable law permits it;
• misrepresent ownership of Exact or its content.

5. Intellectual property

Exact, its design, game rules as expressed in the app, artwork, text and software remain the property of their respective owner. These terms grant permission to use the app, not ownership of it.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Exact is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about uninterrupted operation, availability or freedom from errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, Exact. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when Exact or applicable requirements change. The latest version and its update date will always appear on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
